David brings over ten years of experience to his practice in Cheltenham, providing highly personal and thorough chiropractic care for people of all ages and backgrounds. His experience includes working with professional athletes, office workers, children, and people looking for help with everyday aches, pains, and joint problems.
His focused and analytical approach combines spinal manipulation and joint adjustment techniques with a range of soft tissue therapies, including trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, IASTM, myofascial release and, where appropriate, dry needling. This is supported by practical advice tailored to each patient.
Outside the clinic, David has a busy family life and tries to stay active through weightlifting, yoga and dog walking with a particular love of Cocker Spaniels. He recently switched from bass to electric guitar and enjoys playing in a local rock covers band. He also has a keen interest in retro computers (such as the Commodore 64 and Game Boy) and obscure trivia.
